Khaled Elgarhe is the Chief Legal Counsel of Qatar international Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA).
He holds double L.L.M in dispute resolutions, a PhD in international arbitration and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
He acted as Lawyer and General Counsel for several Companies, Clients and Contractors in major construction and commercial disputes over the past 16 years throughout Qatar and Egypt.
He served as an Arbitrator, Legal expert in several institutional and ad-hoc arbitration claims and he was participating as a leading counsel in more than 500 cases in relation to construction, banking disputes including international arbitration, before ICC, LCIA and QICCA.
Khaled Elgarhe is a licensed attorney before the Egyptian Courts, lecturer of arbitration at several educational institutions and he has regularly published several articles and studies regarding the international arbitration in national and international magazines.
